Toronto Shopping Centre Redevelopment
The Toronto Shopping Centre redevelopment involved the complete gutting of an existing Coles Supermarket and refurbishment into 15 specialty shops and mall area.
The client approached Inten due to dissatisfaction with the building process on an earlier Stage. The client was seeking a contractor that was innovative, flexible and willing to work in a cooperative contractual arrangement that saw no need for the client to engage a consultant Project Manager.
The client has appreciated Inten's upfront and honest manner in all of the dealings and is impressed by the Inten's professionalism. The client's financiers were also satisfied that Inten had the ability to perform the project to the required standard.
The project was completed 4 weeks ahead of program to the client's satisfaction. The co-operative contract arrangement saw Inten and the client sharing savings resulting in a mutually satisfying project.
The client also engaged Inten to under take rectification work to the previous stage when he realised the work would need a contractor that through their professionalism could complete a task despite a difficult relationship with the neighbours.
We are currently negotiating further work for this client, and have been awarded two further projects from the same client.
