Target Tumut
This project consists of a new 2500m2 Target store with 66 new carspaces and landscaping in the regional NSW town of Tumut. The final contract value for this development was approximately $3M.
The project included the use of tilt-up concrete panel construction and structural steel for the basic shell of the store along with a metal sheet roof. There was also a great deal of civil works to be undertaken along with the building works for the new carpark for the Target store and the upgrading of the adjacent council carpark.
