Mudgee Retail Development
Inten was successful in being awarded the refurbishment of Mudgee's old Civic Centre into a mall area and a number of retail shops when the developer was impressed by the co-operative arrangement on Inten's Toronto Project.
Inten Construction's program was weeks shorter than any of their competitors which in turn provided overall savings to the project as well as allowing the project to earn rent for the owners more quickly.
