Big W - New Store in Echuca - Victoria
Inten Construction was awarded the Design & Construct retail project in early 2003 for an opening date of 14/11/03. The project was a fast track retail development which hinged on getting the Tennant (Big W) in and trading by 14/11/03. The project was unfortunately plagued by a developer who was unable to meet his financial commitments, which resulted in the development being put on hold for 4 weeks while the project was on sold. With the co-operation of local contractors, Big W and the new client, Inten was able to deliver the project on the original opening date and have Big W trading prior to Christmas. Value $4.4 million.

Big W - Refurbishment Orana Mall Dubbo - NSW
Inten undertook the complete refurbishment of the existing Big W store with a major extension to accommodate an increased garden shop. The works were conducted without affecting trading of the Store and the store was left in a safe presentable condition for trade each day. Value $3.2 million.
