Milperra Industrial Warehouse
This fast track tilt up project which involved excavation and construction of a new car park and warehouse adjacent to the client's existing warehouse.
During excavation phase discovery of some contaminated fill threatened to delay the project. Inten, despite losing almost three weeks during excavation, was able to drive the project to ensure the tilt panels were lifted only three days after the original program date. Inten was placed on the tender list for this project by the Architect from the Gordon Office redevelopment.
